Bunnies (버니즈; beonijeu), alternately Tokki (토끼, tokki, rabbit) is the official fandom name for NewJeans.[1] It was announced on October 29, 2022 along with their fanclub and light stick.
Founding and Etymology[]
The name seems to be based on the group's overall rabbit motif, as seen on the album covers for New Jeans and OMG. The name was announced on the 100th day since their debut.
Membership[]
On March 26, 2023, NewJeans announced the recruitment for their fanbase, Bunnies Club.[2] The NewJeans Global Official Fanclub, "Bunnies" will officially open on March 30, 2023 and registrations to start at 11 a.m. KST. Fans can register for the Bunnies Membership (Digital Only) through the online platform, Weverse, for 25,000 KRW, as well with two different kits to choose from, Bunnies Membership Kit for 16,000 KRW and the Bunnies Membership Kit (TOKKI Edition) for 33,000 KRW.[3]

On March 29, 2024, NewJeans announced the renewal of their Bunnies Club membership kit with registration opening the same day.[4]

Official Lightstick[]
The Binky Bong is NewJeans' official lightstick. It was initially revealed on October 29, 2022 and became available for purchase on March 30, 2023.[5]
Design[]
The lightstick's design resembles a white rabbit, which references the group's fandom name.
The lightstick lights up in white, green, pink, blue, orange, and yellow. The initial run also included changeable parts for personal customization.
