ADOR (hangul: 어도어; acronym for All Doors One Room) is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency. It was established in 2021 by then CEO, Min Hee-jin, as a subsidiary and independent label under HYBE.

On July 1, 2022, ADOR's social medias posted about their upcoming girl group's first content set to be released on the 22nd of the same month.[1] On July 22, ADOR debuted their new girl group, NewJeans, to the world with a surprise music video drop of their song, Attention.
2024: Conflict with HYBE, Audit, Min Hee-Jin's firing and press conferences, Kim Ju-Young becoming the new CEO, National Assembly with Hanni[]
